Delivery & Returns
While we aim to get orders out as quickly as possible via DPD's next day delivery service, they are still being affected by the restrictions being imposed due to COVID-19, and so some deliveries are being slightly delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you can understand our position.
If DPD are unable to deliver your goods due to you not being there to receive, and the items are returned to us, there will be a further £4.50 charge incurred for a second delivery attempt.
We can only accept returns within one month of your order due to the nature of the goods and hygiene issues.
